I was in a situation in 2003 where I had purchased my own townhome.  You know that feeling when you walk in and say to yourself this is my home?  In just 4 short years, I was married and within one month, he left. I was left with my property and a balloon payment so high I could not make the payments.  I didn't know where to turn or what to do.  This is why I want to help people, people who are in situations where you just don't know what to do or where to turn.  I formed this company to be there for people who are feeling like I did or are in any situation where you just need help or direction.
